Applicable to Lounge and Meet & Greet Services at multiple airports worldwide

payment.airportgreetme.com acts as a global booking platform for Meet & Greet and Lounge services. These services are fulfilled by licensed third-party airport ground handling companies in accordance with the regulations of the relevant airports.
1. Booking Meet & Greet Service
1.1 We act solely as a booking agent for Meet & Greet and Lounge services provided by our contracted partners. Bookings cover the passenger(s) listed on the reservation at the arrival, departure, or transit point of the relevant airport, irrespective of airline or travel class.
1.2 Bookings must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival/departure time. Bookings within 24 hours are subject to availability and a 30% surcharge. Online bookings made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted.
1.3 Amendments requested less than 24 hours before the original service time are subject to availability and a 30% short-notice surcharge.
1.4 Cancellations or amendments made less than 24 hours before the service time will be charged in full. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by passengers.
1.5 All service charges must be paid in full at the time of booking. No refund will be made in the case of “No Show”.
1.6 We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or omit any part of the services due to force majeure events or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, security regulations, operational changes). Liability is limited to re-performing the cancelled service. In exceptional cases, a refund or partial refund may be granted at our or the supplier’s discretion.
2. Third-Party Services
2.1 Services are fulfilled by licensed third-party airport ground handling companies under the relevant airport’s regulations and operational rules. The terms and conditions of these providers apply in addition to these Terms.
2.2 We are not responsible for the performance, quality, or availability of services provided by third parties, except in cases caused solely by our proven negligence.
2.3 Any refund requests relating to services provided by third parties will be subject to the third-party provider’s refund policy.
3. Liability
3.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage, loss, accident, delay, injury, or death arising from the services booked through our platform. All personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger.
3.2 We are not liable for delays or additional costs caused by third parties (including customs, immigration, and airport security authorities). Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their travel documents are complete, valid, and comply with applicable regulations.
3.3 Passengers agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal costs) resulting from their actions or omissions.
3.4 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
4. Cancellation & Amendment Policy
Bookings can be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without a no-show fee.
Cancellations or amendments within 24 hours of the service time will be charged 100% of the booking value.
Requests must be made in writing to FJET Aviation (Airport GreetME) at least 24 hours before the service time.
