What are includes our services?
- Passengers with confirmed reservations should proceed to the designated Meeting Points clearly marked in front of the passport control area at International Terminal 2 and present their booking details to the staff.
- The passenger will then be assisted through passport control by the staff.
- After passport control, the staff will accompany the passenger to the baggage claim area.
- Baggage handling and loading into the vehicle will be provided free of charge by the porter.
- Once the passenger exits the baggage claim area, they will be invited by the staff to the Arrival Meet & Assist Lounge.
- If the passenger wishes, they may use the lounge services. If not, they will be escorted by the porter to the meeting points, where the service concludes.
